Turn Around Time
Our typical turn-around time is 3 – 5 business days. This is not when you will receive your order, this is how many days it will take to put your item(s) in the mail. When placing your order, please allow for this time frame.
If you require your order to be received sooner, you may contact us to inquire about whether or not we are able to accommodate your request. We will make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. Should an exception occur, such as an item being out of stock unexpectedly, you will be notified immediately.
A digital proof for each item ordered is emailed to the customer prior to production. If changes need to be made, we can make them at that time. Please check the information carefully as once an item is approved by the customer, no changes can be made and the sale is final.
Should an item become damaged during shipping, we will replace it with an identical item with the same personalization at no cost to the customer. We will require the damaged item to be returned to us as a claim will need to be made with the carrier. Shipping expenses are not refundable.
