The print process we use is sublimation – the ink will literally turns to gas and seeps under the surface of the mug, fully protecting it – it is not laid on top of it like screen print or paint. Our process is a much higher end process and will not peel, crack, fade, chip, etc, like a screen printed tag will. You have to have a very deep scrape into these for it to even get to the print. Will last for years! Very nice quality!! Print on tag is nice and clear. Listing is for 1 tag with design & name of your choice on one side and wording of your choice on the other. Please indicate in the instructions which design you would like and what wording you would like.
